I don’t want people to watch this show and say: ‘Well this school isn’t like my school. This is completely unrealistic and I can’t relate to this cause that’s just not reality.’ It’s not really about that, it’s about that it COULD be and it’s gonna be a slow process but it’s possible.

So I’m going to need everyone that’s filling the ‘Faking It' tag with hate to watch this interview with the cast and if you still want to burn the show to the ground I have nothing else to say to you, and I’ll keep on blockin’. They explicitly address the concerns you’re all talking about and tell you what they want the show to accomplish. They also address the stereotypes. Ugh just watch it and feel more guilty if you continue to hate yeah.

#OH SHE HELD HER PRECIOUS LITTLE FACE

Thank you! I’m glad people agree.image

I just wish people wouldn’t comment when they haven’t even watched it…or else they watched it determined to hate it. The show has great potential, I’m really rooting for it :)

Toxic masculinity hurts men, but there’s a big difference between women dealing with the constant threat of being raped, beaten, and killed by the men in their lives, and men not being able to cry.
